F) Graham

Graham's actual name was Kim. His full name was Kim E Graham, and the E was not an initial for a middle name, it was just "E". For obvious reasons, he preferred to be called by his last name, Graham. I can't help but laugh when I think how much he would have hated to see "Kim" in big bold letters on his obituary.
